The Texas Association of Workforce Boards (TAWB) is the unified voice of Texas’ workforce system—leading conversations, shaping policy, and supporting workforce stakeholders statewide. Representing 28 local workforce boards and over 750 business, education, and community leaders, TAWB works to ensure a skilled, employer-driven talent pipeline for Texas.
TAWB members include board staff and leaders from across Texas who bring hands-on expertise in business and workforce development. Together, they help align education, training, and workforce initiatives to strengthen Texas’ competitiveness in the global economy and drive long-term economic growth.
